Not a runner but a heavy walker for both work and play (city as well as dirt trekking) and over the last year I’ve tried all of the main brands sold at feet first type stores; the Brooks are hands down the best for all day wear. I have 3 pairs of the GTS23 and got the GTX for rainy day urban exploring

I have been wearing the non-GTX Adrenalines for years, in a 2E, and love them. I wish Brooks would make other shoes, like this GTX version in wide as well. People with wide feet would like to run in waterproof shoes too! Also, please make more colors available for the wide, non-GTX Adrenalines as well.

I run around 6 miles, twice a week in Central Park. These are comfortable and supportive for my casual runs. I’m a men’s size 11, and these are true to size. They don’t have all the bells and whistles, but they get the job done.

The Adrenaline GTS 23 GTX is a superior pair of running shoes that helps to balance stability and cushioning. Its supportive features and segmented crash pad ensure a smooth heel-to-toe transition. The DNA LOFT v2 midsole provides exceptional shock absorption and durability. I have since noticed a significant reduction in foot fatigue during days where I would go for long runs. The breathable Gore-Tex upper keeps my feet dry and comfortable in various windy, stormy or rainy weather conditions. The shoes comfortable fit and secure lacing system make it ideal for runners with high arches. With its responsive ride and reliable traction, the Adrenaline GTS 23 GTX is perfect for daily training and long-distance events as well. I am extremely impressed by its performance on both roads and trails. Overall, this pair of shoes is a top notch choice for all runners who are seeking for a supportive and cushioned ride.

They are waterproof but the soles are rock hard. I was hoping they would feel like the regular version of the shoe but sadly they do not. The size is about a half size smaller than the regular version as well. I am still debating if the waterproofing is worth keeping them or not.

Too tight, I can usually wear a men’s 7 and in a women’s size 9, I have on a size 7 and 1/2 in these shoes and they’re still way too tight.

Always wear brooks adrenaline and with the gortex on these, they are the best ever! Comfortable out of the box. Perfect.

I’m really happy to pick up a pair of these with the GTX I need since the rainy season has begun. So far, I like them a lot. They do fit a bit snug and narrow (not a huge deal), but they keep my feet dry, and I really like the color.

Perfect shoe. Wish all your shoes were sized like this.

These are seriously the best shoes I’ve ever owned. I bought a pair after being continually disappointed with the other “Sketchy” brand and will never go back. I just had a hip replacement surgery in July, only a week later I put on my Adrenaline GTS 23 and was walking between a mile and 1 mile regularly. Now I’m up to 5 miles a day and I have no for or knee pain(or hip pain).
Also, most other brands rely on memory foam insoles to be “comfortable” but that’s definitely not the case here.

Super Lightweight. Could use a little more cushion. Have not had any wet conditions to try out in yet.

My go to Rain sneaker. Super comfortable
, roomy, and a must have for when you need to be out in the rain.

Terrible fit. This was a waste of money.

The shoe was narrower and could not be worn even with a sock. Design was the only thing that was good with this shoe.

Honestly, these pair don’t feel as comfortable as my previous GTS 23 GTX’s. I have tried to wear them to see if I need to just break them in, but I take them off after about a couple of hours. Is there something different in this pair than your previous GTS GTX’s?

I’d suggest for Brooks and most running shoes to order a half size up if you’re a regular size width. If you plan to run or walk a lot and haven’t worn Brooks before it may be a good idea to get a professional foot scan to make sure you’re getting the right size, width and support levels. I am very pleased with this shoe and it compares favorably with the non GTX model. I would say these have a little less flexibility and a little more weight because they are waterproof but that hasn’t been an issue for me. The tongue is also more secured to the sides of the shoe, all of which helps to keep your feet dry during rain or snowy conditions. I have not used these for running but I see no reason to think they won’t perform very well like the non GTX model has for years. If you want an all purpose shoe that can be worn outside in all conditions this is a shoe I’d strongly endorse.

Have women’s adrenaline wide fit before – this is definitely more snug but foot is secure in shoe. It really handles the impact with ease and brilliant for wet weather – much more confident and definitely has helped the pace . Altho a little snug will buy again

I have been wearing adrenalines for 10 years or more. The shoe of the 23s were slightly higher on the outside ankle than on the 22s. Very uncomfortable .Ive worn them to long to return , but will continue getting the 22s if possible .
