I bought these shoes about 5 months ago and find them to be very comfortable and durable. Coming from the Glycerin GTS 20 I feel that the 21’s are just a tad firmer but with a thicker midsole, which makes these shoes excellent if you pronate (moderately) and carry extra weight. I have several other brands of shoes in my rotation, but I always come back to the Brooks Glycerin 21 when I need something reliable.

Ultra light shoe. Coming from wearing Brooks Beast 20. Slightly less support in the footbed…but very comfortable. I have over-pronation…and the Beast 20 is slightly better in stability…but also slightly heavier and firmer.

I purchased the Brooks Glycerin GTS 21 to replace my Brooks Ghost 15 shoes I wore all last year. I did a lot of hiking on paved and/or groomed trails with the Ghost 15 and found the cushioning to be too thin for me in the forefoot, especially as they aged. The Brooks Glycerin GTS 21 solved that problem. The cushioning is great! It provides great support and is not too soft. I also appreciate having slightly less drop in the Glycerin. I don’t have very many miles on the Glycerin yet so cannot comment on longevity, but I can say they are very comfortable. One additional note, these shoes do seem to be on the wide side of normal. My foot is slightly wider than “D”, and these fit great! The more I wear them the better they conform to my feet. Thank you Brooks and Zappos!

I recently purchased these athletic shoes and I couldn’t be happier with them. They’re comfortable, lightweight, and have excellent support. Making them perfect for a senior running.

These shoes are the perfect pair for everyday. Lightweight, supportive, and are great for just walking around. I know these are supposed to be running shoes, but for someone like me with mobility challenges – these are just wonderful.

Not as flexible as I want. Workouts consist of a lot of twists and turns. The flexibility is not there. The shoe makes me feel like I am flatfooted.

Great for 3-5 mile shoe! I trained for 6 months 3x a week. And they are still holding up together! But I think its time to get new ones as they look great still and are all together but the feel is not the same obvious after 6 months! Now Ive decided they are my walking shoes since they still look great! 🙂 awesome training shoe :)and walking shoe 🙂

The fit is great. I need the support due to flat feet. These shoes are great. Ihave worn this shoe for two years. I buy them every 6 months due to me being on my feet all day.

I love the stability and cushion they provide. I have alot of foot problems and the Glycerins have been the ones that have become my favorite. I dont feel as much pain and I definitely feel supported.

I absolutely love these sneakers. Every time that I try to wear a different company sneakers my knees just hurt like you know what so when I switch back, its amazing how much better I feel.

I really wanted to love these. The description and shoe finder made them sound like they would have good stability, but unfortunately they dont, especially laterally. I feel like Im walking after one too many beers because my footing feels so unsure. Im in recovery from a spinal fusion and subsequent severe post-op infection, so I really need the stability. May need to return or exchange. May be great for others, just didnt fit my situation.

I purchased this shoe because it was recommended as a subsequent shoe to replace my Glycerin 20 and the price was reasonable. However, the rigid fabric that feels like a stiff, cheap plastic at the interior front of the tongue is too uncomfortable on the upper part of my foot to continue wearing this shoe. I hope the next model that I purchase is a better shoe–I most likely plan to get a Brooks as everything else about the shoes are excellent.
