I have plantar fasciitis along with wide feet and these shoes are considerably easier on my feet than other brands I tried out. Though they are a little tighter on top of my foot which causes some pain if I wear to too long throughout the day. I know it isn’t completely the shoe that is issue, but it is made a little snugger than I like. Overall, I am able to move faster again with less pain—that’s a big plus!

Great fit! Like walking on clouds! Theres a noticeable improvement in the overall design, but feels like more stability especially with my pronation.

I love my shoes! So comfortable

Didn’t love them and they are already walked through I bought them a few days ago

Im Not a runner. This particular style was on a list my podiatrist recommended for my foot.

I’ve run in the glycerin for 19+ years. This model does not have the arch support that the past versions have.

Best shoes Ive ever worn. Great support, comfortable and beautiful colors!

As a true fan of Brooks, I purchased the Glycerin 21 and 22. To me, the 21 is more comfortable. The 22 seems a bit stiffer with more arch support

Last model i gave a 5 starits too small. Im a bit nervous to try sizing up and risk it being too wide for me, im always an 8.5 in all running shoes. Im not sure why thsi one feels tighter. When held up to the glycerin 21 it looks the same but it feels tighter on. Im disappointed. Why must we always update things. To some degree we like an update but my goodness! Wish it was like the model 21

These shoes are amazing! If youre a road runner on concrete roads they provide the ultimate support and cushion. Ive been calling them my air bag shoes. Very impressed with the fit and feel. They are a little fluffy than the Adrenalines but Im 41 and need a little more support now.

I have worn the glycerin, and glycerin GTX, since glycerin 18. Those were very comfortable. The glycerin 22s have a very uncomfortable, bulky cuff around the ankle just above the heel. They were not comfortable at all, and I put them on and took them off immediately. I hope that they will reduce that cuff to something more comfortable like the previous shoes. I could compare the 18 through 22! And the design has changed dramatically. I hope they can fix this, otherwise I will not be able to wear a glycerin. And I do love the past versions, comfort and style.

I do not use for running.i am on my feet all day and do a lot of walking.i love them

Super cushy! I have been running in adrenalines these are night and day different. They are so cushy and comfortable. Like running on a cloud. My new favorite brooks shoe!

I am absolutely in love with these shoes! They are so soft but not squishy soft. I also have the Adrenaline 24 gts. I have had Hokas for several years now. I was finding that no matter which one I wore, my foot pain continued to remain. I had worn custom inserts for years for plantar fasciitis. They seem to do really well. Turns out I am now flat-footed, and my arch collapses when I stand. I have tried everything to stop the heel pain and arch pain. I bought these recently, and I can say my foot pain is gone. It was instant relief. I have been able to stand for a long time while teaching my students and move about the room. If you have foot pain, I highly recommend getting these. I will never go back to any other shoe. Thank you, Brooks!

I just started wearing Brooks Glycerin GTS 21 they are so comfortable, so I assumed the 22 version would be even better these shoes were the worse I wore them for two days maybe a maximum of 3-4 hrs total my inner ankle is so sore never had this problem with any shoe. Go back to the 21 version. I had to return them.

IMO it’s a big improvement over the Glycerin GTS 21. It’s more comfortable overall with lots of cushioning underfoot, and I like the extra padding around the heal. The purple color is really pretty. I had to go up a 1/2 size from last year’s model, so I would say it runs a bit on the small size. I started with my standard 7.5 and had to return for an 8.

Very happy with these shoes. I’m a regular Brooks wearer and just find these to be the most consistent in fit, comfort and support.

I had foot surgery a couple months ago and have a plate and some screws in there now. I needed a shoe that would accommodate for having hyper mobility in my foot joints. The GTS version of this shoe is really great with helping stabilize my feet! I also have poor balance and I think it also helps with that. I also got these in a wide and the toe box is appropriately accommodating!

This is a big step back from the Glycerin 21. I do not like the new cuff along the heel. It’s bulky and it rubs the side of my ankle. The Glycerin 21 fixed some sizing issues that I had in the 20, so I am sad that the 22 is so different. I’m a loyal Glycerin user so I hope the next generation goes back to how it was before, otherwise I’ll need to find something else.

I liked the shoe but not the color combination. So I exchanged them for the black and white ones.

Fit and size perfect. Out of the box comfortable.

This is my first Brooks purchase and I’m a FAN! I’m pretty specific and this is the right drop, roomy enough toe box, not too squishy soft but definitely cushioned but slightly firm enough to feel responsive. The softness of the heel landing plus the springy toe-off is as advertised. The fit might be slightly short, but I didn’t want to size up because the rest of the fit was perfect. I’ll be checking out other Brooks models from here!

At first, I thought these shoes were perfect. However, after wearing them on vacation, I now think the toe box is a little too tight.

I ordered my size in a Wide. This was my first pair of Brooks and the size was correct, however, it did not fit my left foot properly and that is the one I struggle with. So, I have to return them. I did like the colorway, but sadly it did not fit that foot well. Also, the tongue was not sized up properly for wide as you could see my socks on the sides.

I purchased these based upon numerous reviews that said they had excellent arch support. Unfortunately they didn’t come close to reaching my very high arches. When I replaced the insoles with my own the footbed was not deep enough to accommodate. Otherwise it would have been a nice shoe. I wore Brooks Ghost for years until they changed the design and they became extremely uncomfortable for me.
