I also own glycerin Gel 21s, but these are better in every way. Theyre the only shoes I can wear right now since Ive developed plantar fasciitis, but hopefully thats a short term benefit!

Supportive and very comfortable. Fits even better than the last version. When I finish my run, and realize I didn’t notice my shoes…that’s a perfect shoe.

I use these shoes to outdoor train/ rain. I am military personal and part of my job is training outside and these shoes have been comfortable and a great addition to my athletic wear collection. They do not need to be broke in and didnt cause any discomfort when first using them they were nice to the touch and very sleek design

Im an avid runner and hiker and have been looking for a new pair of shoes that are light weight and comfortable. After going through a ton of reviews i decided to take a chance with these Brooks running shoes. These did not disappoint! theyre both comfortable and lightweight which is everything i was looking for, they are also true to size and the color is exactly like the picture. These are my new go to shoes for a morning run/hike, im definitely getting them in another color. I absolutely recommend if youre sporty or even a someone thats on their feet a lot!

There is a design flaw that has occurred in both the Glycerin 21 and 22. Inside the toe box the plastic trim buckles and rubs the medial side of my big toe raw.

Great running shoe for easy and recovery. runs. Comfortable upper with a good amount of cushioning. I probably wouldnt use these for speed work or racing but they can certainly last 250-300 miles.

Ive been wearing the Brooks Glycerin GTS 22 for a little while now, and theyre pretty awesome. The fit is perfecttrue to size with just the right width. Im on my feet a lot for work, so I need solid support to keep my lower back from acting up, and these shoes deliver. The soles feel super supportive without being heavy, and the stability is amazing. My walk feels lighter, more in control, and less wobblyhonestly, its like tripping isnt even an option.
The design is sleek and sporty, and while I usually go for more vibrant colors, the grey looks great and gives me a confidence boost, whether Im out for a run or just running errands. I also love the strong back loopit makes slipping them on super easy, even if Im in a rush or dealing with messy conditions.
Ive done a few 3-4 mile runs on an indoor track and a couple of shorter outdoor runs in the cold, and my feet felt great every time. The breathable fabric kept my feet comfortable, never too warm or too cold, and they still felt good after running in different conditions. I even wore these on a plane, where my feet usually feel tight in shoes, but the softness and stretch made them surprisingly comfortable for the entire flight.
What I like most is how much control I feel when Im wearing these. Theyre relatively low to the ground but still have plenty of sole support, and they didnt take much breaking in to feel comfortable. Honestly, I wouldnt change a thing about them.

Great shoe. Fit as expected. Extra cushion is great. Love the support the shoe gives.

The fit of the Glycerin GTS 22 was outstanding, offering a snug, supportive feel that perfectly conformed to the shape of my foot. The heel cup provided secure anchoring, preventing any slipping, while the arch support felt natural and well-placed, making it comfortable for all-day wear. The toe box offered just the right amount of space, neither too cramped nor too loose, accommodating natural movement without causing any pressure points. The shoe seemed true to size, and the materials molded comfortably to the foot, adapting well after just a short break-in period.
The design was one of the standout features, exuding a sleek, modern aesthetic that felt both timeless and on-trend. The clean lines and minimalistic details made the shoe versatile enough to transition seamlessly between casual outings and semi-formal occasions. I particularly appreciated elements like the textured overlays, which added visual interest, and the subtle branding, which gave it a premium, understated appeal. The contrast between the upper material and the sole enhanced the overall look, creating a striking but cohesive design.
The fabric used in the shoe was equally impressive. It felt lightweight and breathable, which helped maintain a cool and dry environment for my feet, even during long periods of wear. The upper material combined durability with flexibility, allowing for natural foot movement without compromising structural integrity. Additionally, the inner lining was soft and smooth, reducing the risk of blisters or irritation, while also wicking away moisture effectively.
What I liked most about the shoe was how seamlessly it blended comfort, performance, and style. Its rare to find a shoe that performs so well in each of these areas without compromising on any. If I could change anything, I would suggest incorporating a slightly thicker or more responsive cushioning system in the midsole to provide even better shock absorption, especially for individuals who spend significant time on their feet. Additionally, expanding the range of color options or introducing customizable featuressuch as interchangeable laces or sole designscould enhance its appeal to a wider audience.

I switched from Adrenaline to Glycerin 21 when I developed toe and foot problems. The extra cushioning in the DNA Loft V3 alleviated my toe and foot pain. However, the toe box was a little narrow, so I bought the Glycerin 22 when it came out in extra wide. However, I noticed that the forefoot is not as cushioned as the 21. When I went out walking with the 22, my toes became so painful, I had to return the shoe. I’m glad I bought another Glycerin 21 because they are now sold out.

GTS 22 are incredible for me. Great support and medium cushion, not super soft like latest Gel-Kayano. Very breathable and comfortable fit too.

OMG. I am so happy with this product. I did not like the 21 models. It wasn’t for me. Something said to give this shoe another try. I needed a cushioned, stable ride, and all my research pointed me to this shoe. I am 5’11, 215 lbs, and have arch and pronation issues. I am also new to running. The support system, i.e., GTS, works. I honestly thought it was a marketing gimmick. I have a few other brands I have been running in that don’t have the support that the glycerin gts 22 offers, and I noticed the difference. Will it solve all your problems, your existential dread, or the fact you, at times, feel all alone in the universe? No. But it will give you a cushioned, stable ride with some style. I took the shoes out of the box and went for a quick 5k. My feet are happy. Great job, Brooks.

Awesome shoe. I’ve purchased Glycerins for years, and this year’s model (22) does not disappoint. A little too squishy for speed work, but that’s not what they’re made for. They’re plush and extremely comfortable for those long runs, recovery runs, or everyday wear/walking.

Really like the added support.

As always they are perfect. I ordered two by mistake but decided to keep both pairs. I wont buy any other brand but Brooks. I ended up ordering mens shoes because I loved the color and it was not offered in womens. U

I have been wearing glycerin gts for several and have been very satisfied. However, with my new glycerin gts 22 I have experienced leg and back pain. I’m not sure I can continue wearing them.

The fit was to firm , not enough forefoot cushion.

Best shoes yet! I have many pairs of glycerins and these are the best yet. They fixed the toe box issue from 21s. Extra cushion in the soles. Now they just need more colors
