Really enjoy the design and feel of these so far! Would definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys a thicker midsole

Im on my second pair of Hyperion running shoes, and I love them! They’re responsive and can easily take 400 miles. I run 20-30 miles a week and am taking them out for their first half marathon soon. Theyve been great for all types of training runs.

Very good shoe in terms of support, cushioning, and looks, it a really pretty and well made shoe. However, I had to return it because it only comes in regular width and it turn out too narrow for me. After 20 minutes running my pinky toe goes numb. Too bad. Hopefully Brooks will offer wider options.

Excellent running shoes. very well made, stylish, great cushioning. Regrettably I had to return them because they were too narrow for me. I tried the regular width and my pinky toe went nu b after 20 minutes running. But I always buy wide width, so I was just giving it a try to see if perhaps these would work for me. Too bad these don’t come in wide widths because it is an excellent shoe.

Did a 5 k and then spent the entire day at Disney land in these shoes. I have halixus Rigidus and my feet did not hurt one bit when we got back to the hotel. Well worth the extra $$.

My first pair of Hyperion Max 2 did not disappoint. I like how it rolls your foot forward as Im running. Didnt even feel like I needed to break them in for the half marathon I completed in them. Great shoe!

It isnt comfortabl. Very tight on the heel area. I would rather go back to the other Hyperion

Loved the cushioning and weight of the shoe. My issue was the springiness of the tongue. Not only was it attached, it is made to spring back and snug the foot. While it may be a plus for some, those with plantar fasciitis that need to have room for foot expansion, these are not those. Other than that, they were great.

As an avid runner averaging 35+ miles per week, I owned multiple pairs of the original Hyperion Max. I opted for the Max as my go-to running shoe. When the Hyperion Max 2 was launched, I was hopeful the Max 2 would be as good as the original Max. However, in my experience, the Max 2 does not live up to the original. The original Max is lighter, more responsive, not as firm, and made me feel faster. To me, the Max 2 feels too heavy, too firm, and too supportive/protective (for a neutral shoe). At this point, I will probably resort to wearing the Max 2 to kick around in while searching for an alternative (Brooks) running shoe that will better support my needs.

I feel fast! Enough room in toe box, especially since I am having a flare of neuropathy. I have a very high arch and the elastic bands feel a bit too snug when I put them on, but I’ve done serveral 7+ mi workouts and no issues. Great for intervals and tempo runs. I do get a bit of heel slip, but that seems to be happening on several of my shoes right now, and it’s way better than the Endorphin Pro 4, which I couldn’t tighten enough. Only sad thing is I bought right before they went on Black Friday sale. What a deal!!!

Great training shoe for speed and support!!! It replaces my $200 Ascics Superblast shoe for training. I am a forefoot strike runner with a very slight overpronation. However, not meant for below 30 degrees. Even with wool running socks. Worth the purchase for sure!!!!!

Fits good and feels good, they are light and comfortable

It fits perfectly for me, and I love how comfortable it feels on my feet.

Overall really great experience, its shed an additional 30 seconds off my pace overall. They are SUPER light weight, really hug your get well and has a great cushion. I had hokas before this and I truly enjoy these brooks more.

Loved the look and color but they were not comfortable at all. Returned them and went with glycerin

Very light and comfortable for long run, more room for toes

No better running shoe for me! Its has plenty of cushion, but not an overwhelming amount where you feel like youre going to fall over. Never had a bad run day with my Brooks.

Love them, a little stiff at first but after a few runs they mold to your feet!

I wanted to love this shoe because of all the extra cushion but I just dont. Its so tall that I feel awkwardly off balance. The way the heel is designed it feels like it changes my loading response and walking in it is just unnatural. Once you are running its okat faster speeds. A slow jog presents the same problem as walking. I have a pair of the regular Hyperion GTS and I love those. Ill avoid the max models from now on.

I love these shoes for speed work! They are light and responsive. Very comfortable, my only complaint is the laces can untie fairly easily. Overall very happy with these shoes!

Super comfortable, responsive rocker base with tons of cushion. Feels like jogging on pillows, but with moderate stability. IMO, this shoe is the best of everything. Super lightweight as well! Fit is true to size, and the inner stretch liner around the tongue makes for a nice “hug” feeling around the top of your foot. If you like ASICS Novablast or Hokas and you have normal width feet, you’ll love these!

My absolute favorite running sneakers. So lightweight and comfortable!! I wish there were more colors available, Id buy so many more pairs!
Barbara –
Very comfortable right out of the box. I am a rearfoot striker, and these shoes forced me to strike with the midfoot when running (which I believe made me run faster). Lots of cushioning without feeling wonky or unstable. I came from Hokas and Altras and prefer these over either of the others for running.

I absolutely love this shoe! My only complaint is it doesn’t come in black in women’s! I hope they make one!!! It is my go-to. I love the back where your heel goes in because it does not get bunched up and foot slides in easily. They’re super comfortable and great response when running or walking. I have the Brooks Glycerin 20 and they are old and worn and the back where the heel goes in is all bunched up on all of my Glycerin 20’s. I’d like to get another Hyperion Max 2 but…..the color thing…. hope they come out with a black one like the men’s!

The most comfortable pair of running shoes I’ve ever owned. I have narrow feet and the Brooks Hyperion Max fits like a dream. I feel bouncy when I put them on for work (pharmacist) or for exercise. About to buy my 2nd pair!
