I alternate the Launch 11 and Hyperion for daily treadmill workouts. The Launch reminds me more of the previous Hyperion Tempo than the current Hyperion does. Both are light weight with adequate cushion and excellent propulsion. Good traction. The Launch upper is softer and more flexible than the Hyperion and provides better mid-foot lockdown. Overall, the appearance and performance of the Launch 11 far exceed its price point.

Disappointed in the new Launch 11. They have nice colors but the fit and actual shoe design is completely different. I have run in Brooks Launchs as a competitive runner for 4 years now and loved them! After a couple runs in the new Launch 11s I started to have knee pain, I never had this happen with the previous Launch running shoes. I returned the 11s and went back to Launch 10s, knee pain has not returned. I do not recommend the 11s, please bring back the original fit and design from previous editions!

Huzzah! So much better than Launch10!!! A return to a little structure (which narrow feet need) and great support without being heavy. More color choices please!

The fit is awesome. My size is women 11.5 wide. Very comfortable.

I love my new shoes. They fit perfectly. I wear them to walk in not run. I have a severe disability in my back so I walk 2-3 miles 5x a week. They are comfortable and the color is gorgeous. I love Brooks shoes!

I have been wearing Brooks for many years for work. As a nurse who works on my feet for long hours, they make it feel as though I am walking on clouds. But, the Womans Launch 11 are way too cute to wear in the hospital! I have been wearing them to the gym on the treadmill and weight lifting. And just like while at work, I feel like I am running on clouds. These shoes provide plenty of support all while being breathable and light weight. The Womans Launch 11 will now be my go to workout shoe and I will also be purchasing a pair for work.

Very comfortable and perfect for fast pace walking. Feels supportive and made well rubber and canvas.

Oh gosh. This is definitely not the Launch I have worn and loved since the first version. The toe box is narrow, the whole shoe is stiff and feels heavier (what is the weight, btw? Not in the specs). I was aware that I was wearing NEW SHOES on my entire run, which I have never experienced with Launch before. They were always such a great light fast shoe for light runners and I have run marathons in them for years. This is NOT the same shoe. Side by side compares with the Launch 10 , you wouldnt even think its the same shoe. So so disappointing. Glad I still have a stash of the 10s.

Ive been running in Launch for about 8 years. I know my size and expectation of fit. I couldnt believe how tight and small this new line fit my foot. I compared them to my 10s that I purchased earlier this year and my toe is literally touching the front in the new ones, whereas the old ones I have plenty of room. The fit is terribly snug around my forefoot which Ive never experienced with the Launch. Im typically able to purchase a new pair and get running in them right away – not today! I am going to try going up another half size but I am disappointed in the changes to the fit. I have never had this issue with all the previously purchased Launch shoes (which I have had a pair of every one since Launch 2). They have always been my favorite running shoe. I am hoping the larger size helps.

Im an avid Brooks fan and have loved the previous launch versions but this new style does not fit the same! I love the look of the shoe but sadly I cant run in them. Ill be using my old stash of launch shoes for now. Brooks, please bring the old launch style back!

I bought this for a half marathon race but it felt different from my previous Launch shoe. When I took it out for a test run 2 days before the race, I realized the shoe wasn’t going to work. There was an issue at the back of the ankle-it kept slipping like I might have an issue with the sock pulling or blistering and while I only did a quick 5k, the shoe felt heavy (Brooks shoes never feel heavy). I ended up using my hyperion Max shoes for the race ultimately. I am going to give the shoe another chance though, but I would not recommend it confidently to just buy to use the first time for a race (like a 10k, half marathon or marathon) which a lot of us do when we trust our shoe type. I usually size up 1 size to allow for swelling (and to prevent black toenails) and the fit was normal except for the back ankle-it was weirdly loose.

One of the comfiest shoes I have ever worn. Can wear them all day with no issues.

Been wearing the Launch since the 4s or 5s. Happy with these. They feel just as springy and supportive as the other editions. Might be one of my favorite editions, they look and feel more legit.

Overall great shoe. I always wear 9.5 in Brooks but these ran small! Will have to order up in size. I like the look of the shoe, neutral color.

First off, I havent worn the Launches in years so Im not able to compare them to recent versions. But as someone whos been shoe hopping for a few years now, trying to find that perfect lightweight yet cushioned shoe that can handle faster speeds, Im sold. Ive worn them for a few weeks now and they do start a little snug but loosen up a bit after a few wears. You might want to go up half a size if you prefer more room in the shoe.

Tight for an 8 1/2 wide

I have extremely narrow & skinny feet and these are very snug.. I would definitely think they were too snug for most runners. The style has changed with a much thicker sole, but the support and responsiveness seems the same. I am happy with them but any tighter, they would have to go back.

I really wanted these shoes to work. I have RA in my feet and problems with some crooked toes. The fit seemed fine, but the shoes were a little flimsy. The biggest problem was the squeaking noise! It was horrible! I actually sent a video to a friend.
It’s too bad because it’s a nice looking shoe.

I have always loved Launch, and Launch 11 continue to be a great shoe! They run true to size! I bought the white with the black shoelaces – the picture on review does not represent the color I purchased.

Love Brooks! They work well for my feet, plus I like the subtle colors.

This is my first Launch purchase. Bought for the style and was a little concerned about some of the negative reviews. The shoe is bouncy with good arch support and holds up well at work and on half marathon length runs. No blisters or areas of friction. I have average width feet and the arch is not too narrow. I do think if you tend towards a little wider foot but not enough for a wide typically, Id go for the wide width. Those with narrow feet may like having this style as a viable option without having to find a narrow shoe. Happy running!

Fit was pretty good, felt a little snug but overall very good.

I really wanted these to work, love the look, but cant wear them, for whatever reason, how they fit rubs my ankle on the right side

I think these will be fine. i tested them for about an hour. on occasion, i’ve found the fit for brooks to be a bit smaller than expected (size 8M), but this pair seems ok. i was a bit taken aback by the large BROOKS emblazoned on the side of the sneakers (did not notice it in the picture on line), but i do love the color and i am keeping them.
