Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • A proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Baby Essentials (including nursing & feeding products)
  • Hats (all styles)
  • Scarves
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

These exceptions help us maintain hygiene standards for our family-focused products.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the items and include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return:

  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 3-5 business days after receiving your return
  • Refunds: Will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding remote areas not served):

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with returns
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • International refunds may take 10-15 business days to process

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
