Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
International Shipping Notes
For international orders (excluding remote areas not served):
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties
- Delivery times may vary based on customs processing
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
Returns & Exchanges
We want every family member to love their Fashion For Every outfits. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- A proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Baby Essentials (including nursing & feeding products)
- Hats (all styles)
- Scarves
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
These exceptions help us maintain hygiene standards for our family-focused products.
How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the items and include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return:
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 3-5 business days after receiving your return
- Refunds: Will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
For our international customers:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with returns
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- International refunds may take 10-15 business days to process
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
